Gusto Ideaz successfully delivered a Greenfield Project of Jumbo Wafer Line for Sobisco, providing end-to-end support from concept development and technology selection to plant commissioning, product development, recipe optimization, and commercial launch. The project resulted in the successful introduction of “SPARK” Chocolate-Coated Wafer Biscuits, which quickly gained strong market acceptance across India.
